I wanted a Subaru. My fiance and I (a woman can't car shop alone!) visited a couple delerships (got attacked by pitbulls), did more research on-line (would rather have a root canal than deal with car salesmen) and that's where I found Masood! I had my fiance give him a call about some used cars and he was so pleasant and helpful (car salesman helpful??) we decided to give them a try!
Went in with no intent of buying. Masood was really knowledgable on all different models; gave us good information and a great price (much lower than nearby dealerships). In fact, he made it so easy, I could have left my fiance at home and still felt like I got a good deal! The best part was how easy it was - no hoops to jump through, no b.s. Got a great car and had wonderful service from everyone! Laura in finance made the process quick and easy; the GM was super friendly! Never knew buying a car could be so pleasant!
All in all, I guess it helps to go in with a good attitude.
I purchased a certified pre-owned Tribeca from them. I signed up to yelp just so I could write a positive review for them. When my wife and I went to do a test drive, the vehicle salesman 'Kash' treated us like adults and let us do a test drive. After we were done with the test drive, we were still not sure, but Kash did not put any pressure on us and told us that we could come back if we decide to buy a car. We went back on the last day of 2010 and the dealership was very busy. We finally made the purchase and drove the vehicle off the lot. After a couple of days, I noticed that they had made a mistake on the contract as some of the numbers were not matching. I went back after a couple of days and they wrote me a new contract with the right numbers the next day. It was all hassle free and we did not feel any pressure. Kash and General Manager Jeff made the whole car buying deal so worry free for us. Kudos to Stevens Creek Subaru!
This is my 6th Used car I am buying in my life, and I have been to many a car delership - So this is not my first car dealership experience.
Experiencing the right of passage by buying my first, brand new car could not have been more realized when I finally drove off the lot a week after signing the papers and my first review. It was such a life changing moment, that I thought Stevens Creek Subaru deserved a follow-up review.
In the run up to that moment, Jason was there from the start. He made sure I knew exactly where, when, what and how things were going with the car--and this happened everyday leading up to the moment he put the keys into my hand.
Everyone I dealt with made sure there were no complications, and if there were, they were ready with contingency plans. Peace of mind in itself, is something difficult to label with a price since it is often priced subjectively high. In this case, it made a world of a difference in the entire transaction.
With the same understanding, Erik, the finance directior, made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I did my own math on an option the dealer was offering, and Erik was able to beat the offer along with additional incentives.
Their primary focus is the entire car buying experience. Everyone I workd with went above and beyond the call of duty, including additional follow-ups and contacting me on their days off.
If you can remember everyone who assisted you on a first name basis, it should be exemplary of the superior service you've had, which I often find reserved for high-end, luxury brand dealers.
I purchased a new Outback from them a little over a week ago and the experience could not have been more pleasant.
Being this was my 3rd Subaru, I knew what I wanted - or so I thought. I started by requesting a quote in email and was given a very fair quote for the Forester that I wanted. All I needed to do was to go in and make my decision.
Since I did this through the internet, I knew who to contact when I arrived. Andreas Beckmann.
He was very low key, no pressure and took me out to see the car I wanted. While he retrieved the keys I started to wonder around looking at the Outbacks. I decided to take one out for a spin and the rest is history.
Andreas applied no pressure when I decided to trade-up. He did not try to sell me. He gave me what I consider to be a very fair price for the new car and worked on getting me a fair price on my old Forester trade-in.
Andreas stayed 2 hours past when he was supposed to leave to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and to give me a walk-through on the car's features.
He also followed-up on several of my post-sales questions and was a pleasure to do business with.
If you want a Subaru, I would highly recommend Andreas!
I love this place!! Great customer service and very friendly people working there! I bought a 2012 Subaru WRX STI from here and I got a great deal from there fleet manager Masood Mir. He knew what he was talking about. He was honest, respectful and patient and I'm not a guy who you can tolerate. This is the second STI I've bought from here and hopefully not the last.
